Coffee Table Lightning Cookie

This lightning stuck live oak cookie was brought to me by a client 6 inches thick and still had chainsaw marks. I preserved some of that history in the finish detail, and bow tied it together with mesquite scrap from another project. The base is reclaimed doug fir from a banquet table that I cut down to size.
